Hi, I am on the beautifull beaches of Ko Pha Ngan on the beaches of Had Yien, Had Yuan and Wai Nam. I have been teaching poi and staff classes to some of the enthusiastic world travelers who are kickin it here. Yesterday I made 2000 Bat, around $80 USD, thats enough to pay for the next 3-4 days here. Perhaps I will stay forever teaching and dancing in paradise... :) Dont worry I will eventually grow tired of Papaya smoothies and fresh fish and want to return to my other paradise where so many of the people I love are. I am going to stay on this Island till full moon, January 24th after I will head south to meet some friends in Bali.
The Tsunami has not effected this part fo Thailand hardly at all, the main difference is there are a lot less people than normal. The area that was hit has been incouraging tourists to come, they have allready cleaned up most of the rubble. Thailand did not get hit too hard. I have ran into a number of tourists who were hit by the tsunami and were were leaving from bankok to recover from their vacation, they all were in good spirits though a little shakin up. The Thai people have been very positive, it was a very small part of Thailand that was badly damaged.

Know that you are in my daily prayers. Loving you. Forest

Hat Yien, here we come! We've been in Lamai, Ko Samui for 3 days now and exploring the island. It's pretty busy here although we are staying at the quiet end of town and found a really nice cafe/internet/gemstone hang out spot. We'll be heading to Hat Yien in 2 days and look forward to peace and quiet. Can't wait to spin with y'all on the beach!
