Sat, March 19, 2005 - 4:23 PMI least expensive one I have seen was around $375... there could be ones for less - but I have looked pretty hard.
A way to get around that is to fly to Kuala Lumpur first and then from there to Bali... from Phuket I figured out a route for a little less than $100 R/T. I am not sure if that would be possible from Bangkok though.

Tue, March 22, 2005 - 3:42 AMSince you're in BKK already, just walk around the Khao San Rd area, ask a few travel agents what their prices are. I've heard that there are lots of great deals to be had in Bangkok, but I've never flown out of there myself. I was more interested in the adventure of travelling as cheaply as possible, so I took buses and trains a lot.
